Exchange and Returns

You may request an exchange of any items placed on ituvana for change in size within 6 days of the delivery date by emailing us at info@ituvana.com with the following information:

Your full name

Style name

Color and size of product

Reason of exchange

Item(s) to replace with

Please take into consideration the items must be in its original condition, tags and packaging included, and returned within 14 days from delivery date.

Buyers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges.

Once your item(s) reaches our warehouse, please allow 4 - 5 business days for us to process the exchange. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Cancellations

Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled but can be exchanged in style, colour, or size.
